Health information and content warnings for Allied Nations: Reborn.
Stop playing if you feel unwell. Take symptoms seriously rather than trying to play through them. This page offers general safety information, not a medical assessment or a guarantee that the game is suitable for every person.
Photosensitivity and seizures
Flashing or flickering images and strong contrasting patterns can trigger seizures in some people with photosensitive epilepsy. Video games can contain these kinds of images. If you have epilepsy, a history of seizures, or concerns about sensitivity to visual effects, ask a qualified healthcare professional for advice before playing. Read the NHS information about seizure triggers.
Play in a well-lit room, keep a comfortable distance from the screen, and take regular breaks. Avoid playing when very tired. These precautions do not eliminate the risk of a seizure.
If you experience unusual visual symptoms, involuntary movements, loss of awareness, or a suspected seizure, stop playing and seek medical advice before returning to the game.
When to get urgent help
Call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) for a first seizure, a seizure lasting longer than five minutes, another seizure soon afterward, difficulty breathing or waking, or an injury during a seizure. Do not wait five minutes if another emergency sign is already present.
If someone has a seizure, stay with them, clear nearby hazards, and time it. Do not hold them down or put anything in their mouth. See the CDC’s seizure first-aid guidance for fuller instructions and other circumstances that require emergency help.
Comfortable play and listening
- Take short, frequent breaks away from the screen. Change position and give your eyes, hands, and wrists a rest.
- Set up your chair, keyboard, mouse, and screen so that you can sit comfortably without straining.
- Stop if you develop nausea, dizziness, headache, eye strain, or pain. If symptoms persist or recur, seek medical advice.
- Keep headphone and speaker volume low, and take listening breaks. Loud sound and prolonged exposure can damage hearing.

Game content and development status
Allied Nations: Reborn is a fantasy colony and nation-building game with combat, hunting, and survival systems. Its current development includes animal carcasses and food preparation. Consider these subjects when deciding whether the game is appropriate for you or a child in your care.
The game is still in development. Visual effects, audio, settings, and content can change between builds. This notice is not an age rating, a photosensitivity test result, or an accessibility certification. No claim is made here that all potentially triggering effects have been removed.
For the current state of the game, read About Allied Nations: Reborn and the development journal. The online manual is not yet written; its technical information is provisional.
